During Freedom coaching I Am dedicated to helping those who have experienced traumatic events in their life to move forward with courage and confidence. I provide a safe and supportive environment to explore and process what has happened in the past and to focus on the future.

My approach is based on a combination of evidence-based coaching, such as cognitive-behavioral coaching, and strategies to help my clients become more aware of their own thoughts and feelings. I firmly believe that each person has the tools they need to heal and grow, and I'm here to help them access those resources.

At Freedom, our mission is to help you break free from the cycles of pain, hurt, and trauma that have been holding you back. We offer a variety of services, from one-on-one coaching to group workshops, to help you find peace, acceptance, and healing.
